I normally get my coffee earlier in the day, and day shift are great they can get pretty busy and I see everyone working so hard. But, ive only been able to come later in the day lately and evening shift is terrible, I have to repeat my order half a dozen times and then the girl who hands you your stuff doesn't say a word, just dead pan stare, I say hi how are you and she just gives you a dirty look. I don't know if there's a manager on afternoon shift but they should talk to their employees about work place standards.

I'll start by saying I know they get busy and the employees seem to be young, and most seem to be doing their best. But I’ve been here a few times recently, and unfortunately, my order hasn’t been quite right. Since I usually don’t notice until I’ve driven away, it’s been frustrating. Most recently, my iced coffee with creamer tasted really unusual, almost as if it wasn’t fresh, and it made me feel super nauseous, so I didn’t even finish it.

8/2/2026 11:08 per receipt: I ordered 2 large vanilla matcha with foam cream. They handed me 2 lattes. I pointed out their mistake, handed them back, and asked the girl if she wanted me to pull over to the side. She said yes. My kid and I waited 15 mins before I had to leave to drop her off. It gets better (worse) I called them at 11:25 as I drove off- the woman ARGUED with me saying that they had told me to pull to the second window, not to the side. You’re going to argue with customers, when you took my money and didn’t give me anything?! What horrible customer service! Shame on you Dunkin Donuts. Do better!

One of the first Dunkin's I've ever been to and my experience here was great. In town for a short vacation, and it was nice to see so many of these here. This one was very close to my hotel and I'm glad that I drove over here to try it. Delicious coffee and a couple of sweet treats to go with. The service here is great. I will be back!

Went through the drive through Sunday morning Oct 5. The girl taking my order was also trying to have another conversation and was not getting my order right, having me repeat multiple times. Took about 10 minutes for the food. Then 3 out if 4 things were burned and the cream cheese serving on the burnt bagel was disappointing. The 'loaded' hashbrowns had about 2 drops of cheese. I like Dunkin Donuts but I'd avoid this location. Just had to go back out and get other food
